Hilton Investigations is a full service agency, providing investigative services to legal, insurance, and corporate professionals since 1979. In addition to serving Northern California from our offices in the Silicon Valley and the Sacramento area, we can be available nationally upon request.

Our family based business began in the 1970's with the inception of Hilton Claims Service, Inc., which provided complete claims adjusting support and expert testimony for primary insurance providers (and their respective counsel) including AAA, State Farm, Fireman's Fund, Kemper Insurance, MSI, and California Casualty, among many others.  Having started on their own, Rick and Kathy Hilton acquired and incorporated three additional claims companies and ultimately grew the business to over 40 employees.  Over the years, as ever-changing legislation slowly transformed the insurance industry, the need for more thorough investigation and sensitive handling of civil matters inspired the creation of Hilton Investigations, a separate entity with a primary focus on civil litigation support.

Greg Hilton joined the family business at the age of 18, serving legal documents, researching court records, and conducting sub-rosa surveillance.  Building upon his father's principals, Greg and his wife Sheela, broadened the company's scope of services to include a variety of investigative offerings, tailored to suit the emerging requirements of today's corporate and legal professionals.
