"I am a personal injury trial attorney in the San Jose area. I have
used Greg Hilton of Hilton Investigations since approximately 2003
and he has been instrumental in assisting me on extremely difficult
cases.

Once of my recent cases which went to trial comes to mind where we
sued Macro Plastics, Inc. wherein we claimed their bins were
defectively designed in that there were no appropriate warnings. In
our case, one of Macro Plastics' bins flew out of the back of a
pickup truck traveling at freeway speeds and landed on the freeway
pavement. My client, riding a motorcycle behind the pickup truck,
hit the bin and sustained serious personal injuries. Greg was
particularly instrumental in locating a key witness found in a 911
report and speaking to other witnesses and making them available for
trial.
The background investigative work done in the above case was
extremely helpful. The offer at the start of trial was $500,000. It
